I got a contract

I was suppose to go to the aplitude tests last Thursday but didn't go after hearing too much bad crack about the place plus I only wanted the job till I went away end of August and I doubt I would of got a start before then!

Where abouts do you work jon? Im on T1,been there 3 months.

I got me permanent contract aswell.

I know this is a really old thread but does anyone know how good or bad being a PQA Inspector is for Nissan?

i worked with a load of complete tools there years ago and have mates who work with tools who just started - so , if your not a dummy , dont worry

the thing your talking about maybe is a practical test ? putting a wheel onan axle (curved side of whelenuts towards rim) , wiring up a diagram , idiots stuff realy = then a line test .. i did axle linetest , horrible , glad i didnt get that job (11 year ago) then a run on the body welding 6-7 year ago , was ok but they needed us to work sunday , i declined saying i went to church .. wasnt long b4 i got grassed up

Well I got to the interview stage and all seems good. Waiting for confirmation of medical now. Its not on the production line as far as i can see.

Probably quicker if you just hang about Nissan at the start/end of shifts and ask somebody.

Im located in the bodyshop, and certain its where cars are taken out of the line and have to be checked for certain things. For example where i am its that all the welds from the robots are in the correct place, Mastic is applied to to the correct place etc...... They will take one out every hour or so. Its defo not line work
Ive just been through the electrical exam, interviews etc. just waiting for my start date to be taken on by them permanently as maintenance technician.

im barred from nissan , they would never take me back haha
