I was just talking about Ben Arfa today saying the same. Why does he not get to start? I was thinking he couldn't be 100% fit - especially after choosing Vukic ahead of him against Liverpool

    Certainly a strange one...

Seems he does everything right and gets dropped the following game?

My impression is Pardew dosnt rate him or dosnt like him.

Remember this is the same Buffoon who didnt rate or play Tevez and Mascerano

Should start every game now. At the end of the day the only reason we signed him was the fact that his reputation of being a right moody cunt put him off any other interested parties.

He gets stick about his attitude but so did Robert and the both of them possess the same. That is the creative spark that brings a touch of class to the side that can sway a game between a win or a fucking loss. Robert was colossal with his contribution to our offensive prowess despite his doubters and Ben Arfa will be exactly the same given half the chance.

To be honest I think Pardew has done this to inspire him to prove a point, and we will see this over the next month or so.

    Let's fucking do this.

Personally, I think he's been keeping Ben Arfa back for when Ba goes to the African Nations, so not to risk another injury to him. he'll come in to replace him now for the next month or so.

His goal on Saturday was unreal but I can see why Pardew isn't playing him, he is ball greedy, misses or refuses the pass or cross and 75% of the time when he is carrying the ball he loses it.

every game i've been to / watched him play in , he loses the ball a lot. Doesn't pass, and gets frustrated when it isn't going his way.
I rate him as a player, his talent is unreal. But fitting him into that starting 11 isn't easy when we're trying to make progress, not take risks. Saying things in interviews like "There is a lot ofbulls[IMG]**t about players in this country, stories like they've been seen drinking the day before their game.
For me, that is exaggerated. You can have a drink in your time as long as you are good on the pitch"
He also said he prefers the type of football that swansea play, all of these things, rolled into one - would probably give any manager some concern. He's still getting time on the pitch, not like he's banished from the squad. Maybe his attitude needs to change first before he's going to get any kind of run in the team, no matter which position he plays in ?
We've been trying to sell / get rid of self centered players that don't play for the team since i can remember, don't be fooled by his skills just yet !
