Did any1 watch last nights episode? I could not believe it that Sugar praised Melody's greed and ignorance, that has to be the reason for them losing the task. Yes, they may have lost anyway, but she did not give them any chance. I am glad I saw the below article which justifies my thoughts, arguing against Sugar's stance. http://uk.tv.yahoo.com/blog/article/456654/the-apprentice-ep-8.html If this is what is being advocated in todays business world, the ethos is drifting far away from teamwork, and towards indvidualism, promoting greed and ruthlessness. Thought it was disgusting really.
the thing that pissed me off last night is the fact she lied about the market research to everyone, from what i saw everyone she asked said the baby-seat-bag was what people said were good ideas not the stupid teapot light, who the hell in france wants an english teapot light ?? she should have gone without doubt !!
Yes exactly, common case of the market research was her own, there was no way she would listen to anyone elses opinion, and when she heard what she didnt want to hear, she twisted it round. Shes greedy, arrogant, lies - horrible person TBH that will only ever care about herself. No doubt she has some intelligence, but should use her opposite teammate Helen as an example of someone who can be a good individual but also a team player. Despite showing some good business skills, because of the deceit and doing everything to distance herself from the team, she should have definately gone. It makes it even worse that this is a national program where young entrepreneurs will look to in order to learn. There is a difference between drive and motivation to suceed, and acting out malicious acts in order to win at all costs.
I watched this the other day sugar acted like a complete tool. He's slammed people in the past for that sort of behavior
I mean hes slammed people for alot less and nick and karen agreed about melody, although they probably wouldnt dare say otherwise
Can't get away with this show any more like, used to be alright, but it seems like with each new version of it, the people vying for the job are more of a bunch of bell ends than the last lot
