Started going out in 1993 that was pretty much standard at the Venue,Rez, Judgement Day.
There was still a fashion for destroy tops,Daniel Poole. Kickers, mans,soviet jeans,chippie,chevron,C.P. Company fisherman hats but poeple really were just there to dance and have a good time (Hibs boys in scotland excluded).
In 93 there were some seriously good batchs knocking about Double Doves,Diamondbacks and Snowballs.
Looking back it easy to laugh but it was more fun to me and free back then as no one reallly cared about looking like a tit too much at raves.
There was the split around then were the original 87-88 lot were getting into Dressing up more and callling ravers Teds, but at 16/17 i consider house for old farts.

The snowballs were had the strongest come-up possable it was like you were mortal, having to hold on to stuff and all sorts sweat dripping off you. Proud to say I never took my top off back in the day.
Good times I glad I saw the tail end of the Rave scene when it was proper going off, air horns, whistles, Vicks and hands in the air quickly followed by them on top your head as an other rush hit you. Some body making sure you were ok if looked a bit out of it.
Singing along to shade's of Rythem at the end of the night as indeed the sweet sensations came.

In 1999 we had some 1990 doves a kid went down who had buried some got out and sold them to an associate of my they were lethal never been that loved up before. We would looked like the people in that Utube clip we did in the local when we were students. People were giving each other back rubs. Took me ages to get a round of drinks in as kept forgetting what poeple wanted, then I was telling the landlady how nice her pub was.
