    ive got a working code.. im just reformating and need a cd.. but ive got one now.. well im downloading it.. better work. :p

    thats a very technical description of the problem... here's my diagnosis : get xp to take away the crap.

    and don't install Service Pack 1 if you've got a 'dodgy' reg key.

    i've got a fix to get around it if anyone wants it

    I've never had any bother with installing the service packs....

    I had to get a new reg key, as a lost my real one ;)

    I can do you a copy of XP Pro if you want....its way better than the home edition.

    the .iso of xp home edition i downloaded doesnt work when burned to cd :evil:

    will someone do me a copy if i give u the cd?? :D

    I'll do you the professional version mate!

    Don't waste your time with the home edition.

    nah i need home edition mate.. ive got a 6 year warranty thing with tiny and if i get pro its invalid...

    unless u are gonna be chucking in tons of cpu's etc - no difference mate.

    can someone plz bring a copy of xp home edition either to vuzz/promise this week.. i'll give u a cd or drink or sumthing!

    need to reformat my pc and get it workin in time for uni.. cheers!

    hmm, xp pro has far more advanced network and security features compared to the home edition.

    More features and "gadgets" aswell.

    Its better all round.

    More stable too, far less buggy.
