    i'd try ebay... adherance is shit for exercise so you'll get loads of cheap stuff from people who bought it with good intentions but have only actually used it once...

    I don't to lose any more weight mate! I'm underweight already and my BMI's near-worryingly low!

    I just need to build some muscle, and also do a bit of toning. I do quite a bit of CV, and I think I need to limit that and start doing some weights instead.

    fair play chief, I have some training programmes about from when I was in the Marines, will have a look for them when I get home.

    Might be of some use to you, they concentrate on lean muscle building and CV

    think it's a 10 week course, all in the confort of your own home with some basic kit

    plus the weights really arent that cheap. However, if you found some cheap weights within the North East im sure you could find a bargain

    Just try local second hand shops :)

    should just shell out n go to the gym paying the money out is a good motivator to get in shape lol :D
