Webroot Spy Sweeper Read about this the other day in PC Pro, they rated it higher than both adaware and spybot S&D..... I just ran it, although it takes longer, the results are much better, its picked up a load of stuff that the afore mentioned programs totally missed/apparently removed. Definatley recommend it!
