I work for a recruitment agency based in central Newcastle supplying Construction personnel, we`re currently on the look out for a Resourcer, prefferably aged between 18 - 22, some a levels or gcse's or NVQ some formal proof of academic ability, smart appearance, articulate, keen and looking for work or change of role. Its quite a varied role, main job spec duties would be: Placing adverts with local papers Taking ad response Interviewing candidates dealing with clients over the phone and eventually visiting clients Networking trhough candidates and client Keeping the databse updated Implimenting new systems As I say, theres a lot in it but its not at all a difficult job, a very good one actually

Its ok when the agencies are just doing the recruitment though. I got my job through one and its the best job Ive had. It was only advertised through the agency aswell so its a really good job I was on their books. Paul, can you email the details of that job to me please? amyblah@hotmail.com

I used to work for Adelphi. They gave me one of the worst jobs Ive ever had but after that I had a decent one but was only temping. It's not for me. I'm more than happy with the job Ive got now. Its for Hogg cos he lost his job a couple of weeks ago. He's got one but its just a retail job and he's looking for something better. I'll see if I can get his CV off him and get it onto my comp to send to you
