Violence and Genders..

I have just been talking to my mum about this and thought it was quite interesting and wanted to see what other people think...Most crimes you hear about such as attacks, fighting, rape and murders generally always seem to be done by males..do you think that men all have the ability inside them to be violent? Why do other people think that it only tends to be men who do these things? Im not a feminist or anything by the way

Women can be very violent too, but these tend to be the ones who look like men anyway!

Yeah I agree women can be but not to the extent of raping (although this would be pretty hard)..walking the streets preying on young girls and murdering etc....I know 99% of men arent like this but it tends to be always men you hear commiting the serious crimes

Its just all human nature at the end of the day innit.
Your always gonna get wide varied statistics about all sorts when comparing both sexes.

I know that but do you think males are more capable of doing such things?

More capable of rape for obvious reasons, more capable of being successful in restraining somebody they want to get a hold of etc (in general anyway) but I dont think they have it in them any differently to what a woman does. If ur crazy, ur crazy. I was talking to my mum tonight and I just said, how the hell can anybody actually kill somebody? How do they have that in them to let somebody die in front of them? Hurt them. Its really scary to think they are a lot of people out there like that.

I know when things are planned I can't believe doing it but in some cases I can really see how people are capable of murder...such as if someone raped youe daughter or something like that...in heat of the moment you could prob just stab someone....(as crazy as it sounds)

Imagine how you would feel though if you did something like that?

yes but I read this magazine called chad (yes the one aimed for old biddies) and aside from all the bargins and how to burn off bunions and corns it has some interesting stories including crimes of passion...a real life story bout crazy murders that have taken place....I think about 1 out of 100 have involved a female doing the crime!?

i think that this is cos if u were gettin attacked by a woman u cud fight her off so there is not much point in a female even tryin. and it wud be hard for female's to rape men so their is really very little they cud do. not tryin to sound sexist

yeah you hear a lot of mothers who harm their babies actually! But compared to the amount of men who walk out on their children totally outweighs the women!

But I very much doubt a woman would ever think about raping a man...do you think its a kind of power thing then? Since men know they can get away with this it makes them more likely to try?

if there are gonna be ghost stories told will people tell them thru the day and not just b4 i am about to go to bed.

still got plenty of yrs to cum with those. i hav always kinda been scared of the dark. my mam sed that wen i was small the kidd next door used to knock on the wall and shout things thru the wall. so i presume that i y i am scared

its natural, men have to kill and be strong to feed their familys (continue the bloodline
) and woman have to care to bring up babies. its in our genes

A lot of violent crimes committed by women against men, such as domestic violence, don't get reported apparently as the male victims are too embarrased to admit them.

i think its all down to our cave man instincts...men killed to feed women and their families and even though we've evolved.... theres still our animal intsticts inside... i mean rapists and killers... they are just pure animals, they have a gene missing or something missing from somewhere im sure, but men who fight more than women, i thyink its just there instincts. also if they have been brought up in a violent family it may be the only way they know to solve a problem...

it's all about males having to hunt, feed and protect the family. those instincts are still there, just repressed thru our laziness and softness as we've evolved.
