This New Years Eve, the Custard Factory presents the largest event ever put on at the venue with the strongest ever NYE line-up in 11 years. For this unique event, the whole of the Custard Factory complex is to be utilised, with Gibb Street being cordoned off, making way for an array of music areas and other activities. This will create a New Years Eve festival with over 8 rooms of music and otheractivities!

The lake (the pool of water situated directly in the middle of the site) will be drained with a luxury heated marquee and Soundsystem put in its place to act as the MAGIK and BUGGED OUT arena. This area will play host to radio one maestro ANNIE MAC as well as EROL ALKAN and FC KAHUNA; all cutting edge British dance acts in their own right.

In addition to this, this New Years Eve features the unveiling of a new space to the Custard Factory in the form of a huge warehouse unit, playing host to the ECLECTRCITY arena with a wide range of contemporary music from Hip Hop to Breaks to House. Headlining is one of the biggest dance outfits to come out of the UK in the last 10 years, the critically acclaimed GROOVE ARMADA. Custard Factory favourites DJ YODA and THE STANTON WARRIORS, flying the AfrodizzyScratch and Spectrum banners also feature completing a jaw dropping line-up for the exciting unveiling of what is a truly an awe inspiring space!

If that wasn’t enough, the Old Library, a converted 17th Century Library (normally reserved only for weddings and corporate functions as it is so picturesque!) will play host to Breakthru’s Drum n Bass with Custard Factory favourites THE SCRATCH PERVERTS headlining alongside the enigmatic FABIO from Radio One. The legendary Atomic Jam, one of Europes best techno nights, running for over 11 years hosts the Factory club space with an exclusive set from JAMES RUSKIN.

There’ll also be live music and DJs in Rooty Fruity, stand up comedy in the theatre and karaoke in the Kitchen. Add to this plenty of chill out areas, food and entertainment stalls, street performers including a 12 piece samba band roaming the streets and you have the makings for a truly unique, unforgettable party.

Celebrate the dawning of 2007 in style with the biggest and best party ever to grace the Custard Factory in it’s 11 year history!!!!!:D
