I was awoken last night at 3am by noises on my roof that sound like very large birds or somethiing... it got louder and went on so i stuck my head out the window, it was some fucking charver pulling my lead divider of my roof! (the bit that "divides" the roofs from each other). i ran downstairs but the fucker legged it i drove around for 15 mins but no sign and luckly i didnt see any other i would have disabled the fucker.

Is this what this country has come too? abso gobsmacked... what the fuck would he have got for a couple of feet of lead

i am kicking myself for sticking my head out the window i should have just gone round the back and captured the twat and gone American History X on his ass

Same happened... well attempted at Mother gooses place the other month, later found out it was our window cleaner the little fucker.

I remember stealing a load of it off a church next to me as a kid, but i melted it down to use as fishing plunders

Its ok I know I am going to hell for stealing from a church (not that I believe in any of that crap)

finger prints? they do fuck all about it. my house was robbed years ago, got prints and everything - never heard a word about it.

Probably be one or two people doing it so they might be known to the police, atm lead is selling for £1.5/kg so 150quid per 100kg so not too bad for a night or twos work.

they caught someone with DNA when someone broke a door window at my pals house the other month.

they arnt as strict with what they DNA / Fingerprint these days, they used to be tight cos of the costs involved but not so now

Not sure about your gaff mate but it was definitely lead he stripped from my Mothers, I never caught him as i dont live there anymore but it happened to a number properties in the Village & found it to be the Window cleaner, god help him with some of the walks of life that live in New York...

Last year someone broke into our house and stole my mams boyfriends car keys and car. The car dissapeared off the face of the earth for months then it was found in pelaw in the side of someones house. There was a sawn off shotgun in the back which had been used

people who live their lives robbing from hard working, law abiding citizens should know tht by the rules of percentages they might one day steal from someone who is none of the above
