Did you take those photos Proudy? Are people camping out down there, or was this just a protest? Can't find much online...

I'm very happy to hear about all of this.

And it's interesting to see the media avoiding it so completely.

Yeh mate, I've took loads but just uploaded a couple on here.

I spoke to a few of them who were playing live music for fun and said they had all intentions on staying put depending if local people/businesses could help with food etc...

Nice bunch who were down there today, virtually no Police presence too which was nice to see.

They are a bunch of freaks they deserve pissing on. They have no fucking idea where they want to go with this and no possible final outcome. They state they wont leave Londons financial district until they "get their message across" what the fuck does that mean. Blaming the bankers is a limp dicked blame game. The world got fucked up cos we ALL drank from the cup of excess and now we are paying for it.

I hate these unwashed cunts and i hope someone gos down and give them a ricky rodaling

It goes a little bit deeper than that mate. Were all guilty of living beyond our means occasionally but what these London SX & Wall Street financiers have been doing for years now is committing very well packaged, elegant fraud with other peoples money.

I've just finished reading 2 books, one of which is a very honest, frank insight into the lives of those employed in Wall Street called 'Liars Poker' by a guy called Michael Lewis who once worked for Solomon Brothers. The other is a book called 'The big Short' by the same Author which details a group of people (one of which was an obsessive loner) who understood the theft that was going on by these financiers way back in 1998 and bet against the market at the expense of companies such as AIG and Merill Lynch etc.. making hundreds of millions when the market did eventually collapse.

Been following this guy closely on Facebook (Allesio Rastani) after seeing his recent Interview too:

Yes as investors of course but most people arnt investors, most people your age still live at home with no savings and no plans to ever start saving. The majority of this country lives in constant debt due to their own stupidity and greed. Are they investors? Nein.

How many of those piss smelling hippys camping out in London have stocks and shares?

The majority of people protesting are working/middle class who have lost jobs due to the economic downturn spawned from all of this. Some of these smelly hippies in the OWS movement are lawyers who are now giving out free civil liberties advice on the street as people are being illegally arrested.

Is Wall St (USA) & Square Mile (UK) really to blame. All the fuckwits who borrowed 1,000s, got everything on the old credit card & maxed out the overdrafts are just as much to blame imo. I was once when of them fuckwits & I accept I was part of the problem.

    Yes.

There's a horrible unfairness at the heart of our economy right now, we essentially have socialism for capitalists and capitalism for everybody else.

We have people working in all the major Banks who are still allowed to make big bets and get to keep the profits on the upside yet if it goes wrong you and I get stuck with it. That shouldn't be. They've been the beneficiary of a horrible unfairness and people eventually respond with great anger to unfairness.

We have extraordinarily high levels of unemployment right now, especially with the young in this Country. They young have proven they are active, they will do things and that problem will eventually find political expression. I think this time round the protesters have a point but don't quite know what they want. They need to know what they want otherwise all of this is pointless.

Bankers made the glory years, Bankers do loads to help the country and the economy. Large mega corps give thousands to charitys each year.

Pull you fucking pants up and get on with it winging cunts, if the bankers walked out the country would be fucked and so would you, you limp wristed piss fucks. Most people on this board would be on a Somarlians BBQ within weeks of a world without banks

No we havent, we have the one of the best levels of youth unemployment in the Euro Zone. Stop regurgating hype drivel you have read.

We have great levels of unemplyment taking things into account.

Immigration is the main cause of lack of jobs for English youth.

When you say 'we the people' how do you propose we tell those other millions who have never maxed out a credit card or fell behind with bills and lost there jobs, homes, savings to take some of the blame?
