Vibe on 26/12 being the peak for HH in Toon.

The empty Sundiss @ Ikon being the low point or Pull with good DJs playing but not getting the numbers in. DAM THAT FIRE ALARM

best hard house nights i went to back in the day (which wasnt that long ago) was the ones Kerry James played in. Cant remember the nights.

lol hard house makes me nose bleed. :(

saying that though, maitland at tL rocked it, i found myself totally getting into the music. wouldnt specifically go somewhere to listen to hh, but don't mind it too much.

hell, mark maitlands quality i might even like it by the end of the year!!

Aye put them right B.O.B I have to agree

the HH peak was 27th Dec 2000

If a certain helen fisher was still promoting tho , hard house would never have went away.

Totally disagree with them 2 HH dj's jambon mentioned

best one I seen is James DUB , and if Kerry were given more gigs she would be massive in newcastle

obviously, your mind was elsewhere that night Spence

that gig was what I call forward planning , a lot can be learned from how they pulled that one off,

BOOK big name dj in jan 00 when big name isnt as big as he will be by dec 2000.

put gig on between xmas and new year when not much else happening.

have a great word of mouth going via a host of other nights incl.
sunday trading , Cheeky, rockshotts nice etc,

and also the element of LUCK! fergie being put on the cover of mixmag didnt actually NOT HELP matters,

    oh and B.O.BS RELENTLESS PROMOTION

    :)
