The Ford - I believe this is a small section of water:wink: :D

But seriously, I mean The Forth Hotel - just up from Gotham Town.

Great pub, in recient years it has been done out - although I feel in doing so it has lost some of it's old charm - it's still a sound drinking hole. I've spent god knows how many nights in there gettin pissed:D

Anyway, anyone know if it has burned down...

    Unlucky m8:(

For a bar that did not employ bouncers I never saw any fights in there.

For a time, they sold a glorious pint of lowenbrau:D

The Forth was a glorious pub.

It was one of the few places in town where you could have a drink away from pretentious chicken head house music lovers.

It was the same atmos as Head of Steam.

No doubt another bar will rise like phoenix from the ashes.

I work just opposite there, they've got loads of posters outside "saying ring this no. for more info about our glorious reopening" or words to that effect.
