    A CCM (Call Center Monkey) said to me today "Im like piggy in the middle here" :eek: I said "Yes thats your fucking job, to sort things out for the customer!!" ARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGH

    We are been held to ranson by premuin rate "help" lines staffed by couldnt care a less retards who WONT CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.


    What can we do about this?? A solution MUST BE FOUND.

    A part time C.C employee rang Talksport today and said it was Company policy to "Fob customers off" on the phone :fuming:

    Call centres are my biggest pet hate. It absolutely drives me crazy that you have to usually call about 5 times before you can get someone who can just read of the screen infront of them properly let alone solve your problem. Then one of them fucks up and you call back to have to sort out their problemn and as soon as the person on the end hears that its a problem they hang up on you AAARRGGGHHH

    For some reason we are bombarded with calls through thr day too...I did a tally one day to see how many we were actually getting and we had 33 in one day! Ive joined the telephone preference service i dont know how many times but apparently they can't filter out ones that go through foreign networks. All they suggested at BT was that we change our number??? Why the fuck should we do that we've had the same number for 20+ years....Imagine trying to contact all of the friends and family that we never really speak to but still need our number

    Fucking hate them :evil:

    I once called my credit card company to say that I was going to be a couple of quid short on my direct debit payment and asked if they had any suggestions - i-e changing the payment date, the joker on the other end said "ah you could always sell your body" WTF?? I went ballistic and wrote a million letters and got £40 goodwill payment on my account :argue:

    i'm temping for a call centre for insurance right now and i know for a fact i piss people off because of the position i'm put in. i have to take the details down and pass the info on to an adviser who *does* know exaclty what they're talking about, but they have to call the customer back which really pisses them off sometimes when they're up shit creek without a paddle when their car's broken down.

    nothing i can do though.

    Yeah but its not so big over there really....the customer service is either excellent or some person sat there like "yeaaah whaddya waaant *pop chewing gum*"

    They don't do as many outgoing calls i dont think
