I suggest you go on a mission to a super market:

    Buy 3 chicken breasts
1 x Bag of Chillies (as hot as you like)
    2 x Peppers Red/green
1 x packet of Old el paso barbecue mix
    Some pasta & Mayonnaise

Dice and fry the chicken till its lightly browned then add the chillies/peppers till they are nicely sauteed. Make up the BBQ sauce as per the destructions and mix all that (once cooked nicely and how you want it) with a bit of mayo stir and serve with pasta :king:

EDIT: That should include one medium sized red onion

i always thought chinese was the dogs bollox but am now expanding my taste buds & have found that either chicken malayan or chicken tikka kasmiri goes doen a treat with veg pilau & a nan bread

Marc if you're going to all that trouble just make fajita's

If your home cooking either steak, mash, peas & peppercorn sauce or chicken with veg & spring onion & potato rissotto is yummy :D

I could murder a takeaway like.

Anything scorchingly hot and spicy would go down a treat.

Trying to be healthy tho :fart: :(
