lol - dissapointed i was!!!!!! i expected to fire up the 9.3 live dvd and have a FULLY working 64bit system. STILL no wireless support out of the box!
Ouch Any way you can re-author the iso and put in wireless support? (I don't know much about Linux distro's so apologies if that's a silly question)
it could just be because it was the live cd...maybe support was just not included in the kernel...cud be an optional module, not too sure. there is a tool (ndiswrapper) u can use to be able to use windows drivers in linux....i know u can do it for the 32bit...not sure about 64bit tho... in fact i have just had a brainwave! i managed to find 32bit drivers that worked on 64bix xp...so maaaaaaaybe they wud work with ndiswapper on 64bit suse...hmm interesting
Ill get it at uni tomorrow.... Been meaning to give it a blast! Will I need to partition my master hard drive? Or can I do it on the slave? How will I select which OS to load if its on the slave drive? What shall I use to do it
