Situation: If you found out you had an STD how would you tell your past partners? And why would you tell them that way?

You have no reason not to tell them face to face unless you were sleeping around!

If it's a recent partner and the likely person to have given it they deserve it face to face, but if it couldv'e come from someone from ages ago a text or phone call would do I think.

By taking out a full page newspaper advertisement, or possibly getting a pilot to do some sky-writing.
