Turns out hes been questioned 9 times in a 4 year period for sex attacks on young girls............ hope the bastard gets whats coming to him in prison.

i'm surprised she wasn't found guilty..

Maxine Carr was never charged with murder, so she hasn't been let off.

Hmmmmm right decision for her ???? she would still be very low down on my babysitters list !

Said on Sky News he was accused of raping young girls on a number of occasions some as young as 13, he was even charged twice i think but the charges were later dropped. How the fuck does someone like him get a job as a school caretaker??

Well if he was never charged for it i guess it would not of showed up on any of the documentations the school had on him

May 1996: Unlawful sex with a 13-year-old

May 1996: Unlawful sex with a 14-year-old

September 1997: Indecent assault on a 12-year-old

April 1998: Rape of an 18-year-old

May 1998: Charged with raping an 18-year-old. Charge later dropped

February 1999: Rape of a 17-year-old

July 1999: Rape of a 17-year-old


Makes you wonder who else is lurking out there.

So apart from where it says charges dropped was he charged with all those offences or just alleged to ?? if he was charged why has it taken so long for this information to come to light ?, surely this evidence on his past should of been presented to the jury

Maybe it was. Could have just been a reporting ban on it before and during the trial so as to not prejudice any potential jury.

The jury arent allowed to hear these accusations for some daft reason dont know why but im sure someone on here will. He got 2 life sentances (should of been hung if you ask me) and she got 3 1/2 years but will be out in a matter of months, imagine the jury had found him not gulity and then it all came out....... there would be uproar!!

She said she was with Ian Huntley on the day the girls went missing whilst she was actually in Grimbsy, thus defelcting attention away from Huntley.

He was just accused i think never charged for any of them.

Thats the easy way out for Huntley surely though?

thats what i keep saying to people....had an argument with my mother about it lol cus i kept saying....read the transcripts....and she was saying...but the mail said...the express said....AAARRRGGHHH LOL

ferox....she had already admitted to that inthe trial....there was no doubt about that so how could she plead not guilty if that was what the charge meant?
