i'm not out at smile til feb... i'm doing some sort of detox...

detox is for wimps!!..bring on foundation nightly!!

detox is for people who want to keep their liver after their 50th birthday!
having said that, i'll be there every monday from 2nd feb onwards

yay!! and just after all my mates finish their exams too....yay!!

lets hope their as fun as i remeber them....they werent as bouncy last time at foundation.......hope they will be this time.

i doubt it'll make that much difference when it's a pound a drink though!
