Si Quick (Habit , Resonance London) Mid June Bad Boy Chart

Si Quick (Habit , Resonance London) Mid June Chart

    in no particular order

Tyler Lewis - Wanna See You (High Blunted)
wicked dubby house with We Can Rock being the highlight cos of that fat lowend

    Egoexpress - Knartz IV : (Ladomat 2000)
Absolute filth with the Abe Duque mix verging on complete harshness - ace

MarcAshken - Ill Show You Acid (SiQEdit of James Talk remix) (CDR)
I cant ever see this leaving my box...one of the tracks of 2005 for me

Funk D'Void & Phil Kieran - Black Worm (Soma)
pure SQUELCHyness and definitely not what you would expect from FDV

Trevor Loveys - Turn It Up / Now I Am Ready (Freerange)
wiggly freaky acid house with the Jesse Rose and Jimpster Remix of Now I Am Ready being the highlight....this label is on fire at the moment

Solid Groove - This Is Sick (Frontroom)
still cannot get this to leave the box , absolute blindingness

James Zabiela - Utilities EP (Renaissanc)
Been rocking Robophobia for a while now but EyeAmComputer is standing out now with its ridiculous robot voice samples....loving the 15 samples aswell , hours of fun

International Pony - Our House (Sony Germany)
3 tracks of Fat Epic Electro......to quote Damien Lazarus 'in another dimension this would top the charts'

    Twenty Twelve - Ecstatic (Unknown/Tyrant 1 LP)
They dont make breaks tracks like this anymore.....fat basslines , razor sharp breaks and sirens galore...what more can you ask for

MarcAshken - Part Time Isolation (CDR)
by far his best ever work , pure Fabric house with an awesome awesome buildup

Swag Vs Freaks - You Ain't House (Washouse)
loving the swing of Swags 'We Is House' remix

Rocket - People (Rob Mello's No Ears Mix) (NRK)
An example of why having a scan of your record collection every so often is a good idea....proper classic

Basek & Lycenko - Never EP (Hussle Records)
Cong is the outstanding track , bassy house to get the house jumping

Mike & Charlie - I Get Live (Headbanger Boogie Mix) (Radikal Recordings)
Old Tyrant breaks track which sounds just as fresh now as it did back then....loving the Method Man sample in there aswell

Buick Project - At The Rave (Saved)
    Scary

Highway Robbery Project Ft Rekha - All Deities (Hochokai)
quality warmup percussive summery house with a awesome vocal and the Wyatt Earp & DJ Foxx remix aint too bad either

Sound As A Pound - Sound As A Pound 11 (Sound As A Pound Recordings)
Bushwacka at his best on this tech house stomper

ILS - No Soul (FC Kahuna Mix) (Marine Parade)
From a few years back but this is bleepy freaky houser still sounds awesome

    Aya - Sean (Naked Music)
All about Eric's 2WFU version here , properly sweet electronic house with a gorgeous vocal

MarcAshken - Acinom (John Dahlback Mix) (CDR)
proper filthy stomper that should raise Marcs profile even more.....the hi-hats are firing as this one moves along towards its finale

Plus a review of my Resonance London gig last month in this issue of DJ Magazine
