    Serious floods in Sheffield

    I had no idea, just stuck on the news. I wondered why there were search and rescue copters were hovering over the city center. It's all about 500meters from where I live. I'd go have a look but my Mum made me promise not to.

    Please go and get some photos for the board. I can never imagine city centres and the likes flooding.

    I work in Hull and most of my journey home was under 2 foot of water... not pretty :(

    Who says global warming is affecting our climate?! :laugh:

    Well i live in South Shields where the water just flows down into the sea or the tyne.

    There was a collection of water about 5cm deep in the west park once :)
