Yes we very definitely are a seperate night in the same place. I would like to re-itirate that we are in no way linked with mayhem, and have no wish to be linked. In addition i would also like to add that we have been doing this for six months you have been doing it for several years so if we need to learn through experience then we all start somewhere, and all we can do is apologise for any inconveniences. As for no one in the club bothering them terry, a lot grievances lie not with the night but with someone who had nothing to do with digitized at all. I think you have took this the wrong way. I just do not want people getting the wrong idea about Mayhem because they had a probem with you guys I understand that the problem was not with the nite but someone from the club. Because of this Mayhem has lost out as Gary mates will no longer travel to Basement for any night which is a shame and i was trying to change there minds.
Yes you can guarantee Proudy will get a full set, this is only because he is on first not because you can persuade the owner not to sut down early. Mayhem has been shut down early loads of times as well not just us. Infact that was the first time we had ever been shut down early. As Gaz said the guy doing all the hassling in the DJ box was some tit pretending to be one of our staff. I was stuck on the door and Gaz was making sure Jon O'Bir got home safely. So no one could cover except Lee but he was playing. We will be hiring someone for the door next month so we can both be present downstairs so somehting like that wont happen again. Also to combat any early finishes we will now also make sure a resident is on last saving any dissapoinment. Everybody still enjoyed themselves and it was still packed out. I wouldn't put anyone off going to your night I've been a couple of times and had a really good night. We made a mistake and we are sorry there is no need for cheap shots we are not a rival night. I still dont get you i have not made any cheap shots. Mayhem has been shut down early by my self as it was not as busy as would of liked abd get charged more by the club. If you remember back it was me who got you in the club so why you think i am being funny i dont know. lets just leave it at that good luck with future events
keep it up no offence to Proudy in the slightest, but isnt it a bit lame on the promoting side of things to be having the same DJ play in the same town at the same venue within a week?
i agree mate, but we had him booked ages ago and tez never tried to get in touch with me about the situation so i was more than happy to have gary down
