Question for the people at the top...

    To the promoters:

What would your perfect Promise night be?

What DJ's would you have on if you didn't have to worry about the business?

This would be really interesting to know.

I can't speak for the other guys but I would have to say, 3 hours of Danny Tenaglia then 3 hours of Tyrant then hmmm... probably Sasha to finish off I think.

    Saying that...

How about Scratch Perverts to start, then Tenaglia then J Magik & Adam F.

    THAT WOULD ROCK

I also would have to stick in a live PA by BT somewhere, I saw him play at a Renaissance I was lighting at a few years back and he fuckin kicked arse - just so much energy and talent.

Whilst I’m on PAs can we have Roni Size + Reprezent on during the d n b set?

SO...... This is my final choice......

Cold Cut (1 hour) - Scratch Perverts (1 hour) - Danny Tenaglia (1 hour) - Tyrant (1 hour) - PA by BT (15 mins) - Sasha (2 hour) - PA by Reprizent (30 mins)- J Magik & Adam F (1.5 hour) - Cj Mackintosh to chill out to (1 hour)

Not too likely I know but it's a nice thought!

    :)

That sounds like a top night, great taste, nice and varied. Wouldn't be that far from my own.

Slick set of choices Rob, Coldcut - very nice indeed.

How about adding live sets from New Order and Underworld and some full scale prancing diva action from Grace Jones to really twist things around, I'm sure it would get Mark vougeing on the stage anyway :)

Keith Haring should be brough back to life to do the decor too.

I saw Scratch perverts play at Foundation when it first opened, in the back room. Was fookin class, but not as good as when i saw them at the uni which was fookin amazing Tony Vegas turntable skills puts any House/trance DJ to shame...

Seen them loads of times, used to be really into the british hip hop scene.... Prime cuts is just the british turntablist in my eyes :D :D :D

Never seen them in newcastle though, used to travel down to london all the time.
