    Please Help Thousands Of Babies By Signing This!!

    HI FOLKS,

    I AM A LOVELY SCOTTISH LASS FROM EDINBURGH WHO'S BABY BOY DESPERATELY NEEDS YOUR HELP.

    MY WEE BOY (ROBBIE 10 MTHS) SUFFERS FROM A CONDITION CALLED PLAGIOCEPHALY (FLAT HEAD SYNDROME) AND HAS TO WEAR A SPECIAL HELMET 23 HOURS A DAY TO HELP HIS HEAD TO GROW IN A NORMAL SHAPE.

    THE NHS CURRENTLY DO NOT FUND THIS TREATMENT (COST £1700) AND WE HAVE TO TRAVEL TO LONDON TO HAVE HIM TREATED. I HAVE STARTED AN ON-LINE PETITION (WHICH CLOSES THIS FRIDAY) TO TRY AND ENSURE THAT THE NHS WILL START PAYING FOR THIS TREATMENT. IT IS TOO LATE FOR ROBBIE BUT WE CAN HELP THOUSANDS OF OTHER BABIES IF WE SUCCEED.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO SIGN THIS PETITION - HONESTLY IT WILL ONLY TAKE A MINUTE.

    I HAVE POSTED THIS ON A FEW OTHER CLUBBING FORUMS (I AM A MAD CLUBBER UP HERE AND DO VISIT YOU GEORDIES NOW AND AGAIN FOR A GOOD DANCE). THROUGH THE CLUBBING FORUMS I HAVE NOW DOUBLED THE SIGNATURES ON-LINE (NOW SITTING AT 1319). YOU CAN NOW HELP GET EVEN MORE SIGNATURES.

    Just out of interest, does the condition have any effect on the babys health or it just the cosmetic deformity that it the issue?

    cosmetic deformity? going thru life for possibly upto 70 years with a flat head is going to cause all kinds of mental health issues!

    wheres your evidence? ;)

    i had a look on google and couldnt find anything to suggest that it was more than a cosmetic issue

    apparently 1 in 60 babies have it in america and a possible cause for the increase is to do with new methods to defend against cot death


    but i could be wrong

    not having a go at the petition by the way, just interested
