Please Help Me! Let's face up to the fact that not every one is a whizz kid on their pc and i hold my hands up and admit that fact but for god's sake will someone please tell me how to get those groovy little icons under your name when you start a thread. i have been trying for ages now and seem to be going round and round slowly circling into the depths of la la land, where i spend most of my friday nights! can anyone help me?
go to user cp at the top, then options, then click on change avatar at the bottom, choose what ya want as a pic, et voila.
That piccy is called an avatar, and u need to get an image from somewhere, probs of the net somewhere. Then u need to save that pic onto your hard drive as a .jpg file (the extension of the file) U also have to make sure its small enough to fit, so use paint or another drawing prog to make sure its the right size. Then go to User CP at top of the promise board screen, then to edit profile. Then there should be a section for editing your avatar. Go to browse, and just find where u got that pic on your hard drive, and click on it... Sorry it sounds complicated, but hope this helps!!
