People Get Real Volumes 2 + 3

    People Get Real Volumes 2 + 3

    They've been a long time coming and I thought my copy of Volume one was going to be worn out but they finally arrived at the weekend.

    Volume 2:
    Entitled 'The Mixmag Session' as this was a mix from the PGR 3 sent into the magazine for a competition to win a warmup slot for Fatboy Slim at one of his Boutique nights, the mix won the competition and its well deserved. Track 2, Freeform Five - Electromagnetic 'Freeform reform dub' and 9, Kerrier District - Let's dance and freak are the tracks that stand out most for me, fantastic mix, very different from the norm and very Wonky.



    Volume 3:
    This time it 'The Boutique Session' which is on a slightly more eclectic feel that volume 2 in my opinion and bears more of a resemblence in style to the first PGR mix. Another excellent effort with some wicked tracks. Change - Angel in my pocket, Stompa Phunk - The crowd seems to 'Noise em up Void mix' , Mis-Shapes Vol 2 - Sine Of The Times and the excellent Franz Ferdinand track Take me out make this mix extra special.


    Both mixes are great if you want a break from the norm music wise. PGR:king:
