North South Divide Can any one remember a while ago ministry magazine had an article in it about the north/south divide? Does anyone still have it or can remember what was said other than the noth like hard and are cool as chuff and the south are..............................dont want to offend!!!
was that the issue where there was a hard house CD for "northern monkeys" and a house CD for "soft southern pansies"? that was fookin mint, how hard did i laff at that ive never been clubbing in the south, but i could imagine it would be a proper lil fashion show, who got the most expensive designer nose ring etc heh mind u the southerners might think ppl up north are proper grubby(what a word lol) and jus sit around in coal mines and eat chips lol
im from the south, and can vouch for the fact the clubbin up north is better cos iv done lots of clubbin up ere. however, HH was born in london @trade wich is meant 2 b amazin so it cant b all that bad, and, i got 1 word 4 peeps that think southern clubs r shit, PASSION! its fookin amazin clubbin there.

nar, wen u meet me u will say im a southerner, and im from 20 mins away from passion so its deffo southern.
im a southerner 2, an clubz down south r 'SHIT'(da mainstream onez any way), with da exception of Trade. an yes batfink i would concider passion 2 be 'inthemiddleish'( i used to live a few mile away), but i will say this.......u 'av got more chose in da middlandz!!!!!!!
I have been to loads of clubs both in the north and south, and have to say it depends entirely on the club rather than where it is.
Would have to agree. Lots is made of how uptight southern clubbers are but u ever been to the Manor? I've never encountered a posier, less inviting club in the UK. Which seems totally contradictory considering who runs it!! I think northern club nights experience a lot less pressure in certain respects in that they're less likely to attract negative shit like guns and heavy dealing etc. But then there are always exceptions to the rules
the thread stated a north/south divide tho. it didnt say are the best clubs in the south, the midlands, or the north so surely in the context of this debate passion must b south. its deffo a midlands club, but, yer, u get the picture rite.
