Hi Alan,

me and my friend scotty have been playing online game world of warcraft for some months now and recently fell out. It is an online game which requires a lot of time.

My friend was a level 33 dark elve and i, putting quite a few more days worth of gaming time into it was a level 36 gnome.

By sheer chance my friend came across paladins enchanted war axe (+118 bonus attack and elemental damage 60-90 plus a health bonus of +140). In total we spent over 600 gaming hours mainly together on the world of warcraft experience.

I got jealous and killed him while he was defensless(online of course) and stole his loot. It was a bad choice made on the spur of the moment, I was overcome with jealousy and I REALLY wanted this battleaxe. He was reduced to level 30 and had to pay a 2000 guild death penalty.

He since logged out and hasn't been online since!!! I've known him for three years now, since we first met on msn chat. He has now blocked me on msn and refuses to speak to me.

My life has came down around me, I'm distraught and don't know what to do. Some people laugh at me for having online friends but we knew eachother so well and the guilt is killing me.

He lives in cramlington and I know he often listens to night owls. Could you please let him know that mikey still wants to be his friend.

You could also generate discussion on online games making and breaking peoples lives and talk about peoples views on online friends. It may sound "sad" but some people have no chance in real life situations.

Well Alan heres the deal, I suppose if you want you could kind of be like Cilla Black here and share my thoughts on the air for Mikey to hear this

Could you please inform Mikey that although I am deeply hurt that he took my loot and battleaxe I still defeated sevral goblins bare handed with my XP (experience points). And if he sells the battle axe at the Inn so that I can buy it back it will be the start of gaining back my trust. Could you also tell him that with Valentines day coming up if he would like to go for a few ciders in cramlington? Now you know why I said you could be like Cilla Black.

PS the person who said all gay people have their tongue pierced is wrong....I should know
