the only people who make money in casinos are the owners. It's easier to sit at home with a warm beer and tear up £20 notes.

exactly. bookies, casinos - they're all the same - they're a business. they win everytime.

fools and their money are easily parted

I've had one or two nights out at Aspers and always enjoyed myself. I like a gamble but I'm pretty good at knowing when to quit so usually it's just a bit of blackjack and some roulette but always with a limit. I like the atmosphere of the casino anyway with the bar and (cheesy) entertainment etc, it's better crack than the bars in town IMO.

I know a few people though who can literally sit in the casino and rinse ££ all night, I like to think I would never let it get to that stage!

Dont mind betting on sport as I am £400+ up on my SkyBet acc but gambling on where a whiteball will land is not my cuppa

haha, I was wondering that! I used to love the 2p machines when I was little like, was always gutted when the jackpot only added up to 50p or something! Then put it all straight back in again

    Aye, they're mint.

I don't like gambling on stuff that's 100% luck. I enjoy playing poker and the odd bet on a sporting event.

Glad we didnt win it, just overcoming a very bad gambling

addiction at the minute... lost thousands on horses and roulette

machines which such carry a public health warning. I used to

work in a bookies and i've seen people lose familys/houses on

gambling its shocking. I am on the mend now tho haha  :)
