Quinn has said from the start that if he cant bring in the right man for the job then HE will do it until that person appears.

Not just appoint anyone to quickly fill the position.

Why appoint someone you aren't gonna be happy with? Just take control yourself - get some advice from someone with more experience...keep looking for the right guy, then step down when you find him.

the quinny thing doesn't bother me at all! i have full confidence he'll do a good enough job until the right bloke comes around.
