Targeted at men who moisturise apparently.

My initial scorn for such an idea was tempered when I realised that they might be quite useful in some situations - eg when you are already wasted in a club, and just want to maintain things.

Unfortunately, I suspect the taste will be dismal - normal strength Carling is bad enough, never mind 2% "C2".

tbf its never gonna take off, beer tastes horrible, you only drink it to get pissed, well i do anyway, so without the getting off your face there isn't much point in drinking it.

I know one other person like you - he only drinks to get wasted, but there's nothing to beat a cold beer after a hot/hard day imo

I think the reason its big in Australia is because they drink weaker lager through the day then stronger lager at night so they can last drinking all day. It will never take off over here imagine the jip youd get going to the bar and ordering a pint of that :camp:

Ive tried mixing it with vodka and it didnt taste that nice suprisingly.

Im not too keen on lager unless its ice cold and out of a bottle, cant drink cans at all they ming. Much prefer cider or snakebite to a normal pint.

Back to the original point though, I could also see myself having a low alcohol lager at lunchtime - tends to write the afternoon off if I have a real pint

I've gone off Lager since i moved down here, noone knows how to pull a decent pint and the beer isnt very nice

getting reet Rum-med up is the way forward

Strong, continental lager is awesome

I love the taste of the likes of Pilsner Urquell, Staropramen, Amstel, Budvar, Cobra, Baltkia etc

But even weaker versions of lagers that already taste like piss (fosters, Carling, Carlsberg etc) is such a fucking stupid idea.

As is the increase in shitty beers with a 'twist' of lime

Closely followed by a Budvar in the Cluny

Leffe is well offside aswell

had all those except cusquena they all ming, the only one i can really manage to drink alot of is corona but it has to have lots of lime.

Tbh i don't really like the taste of any alcohol, its just a horrible taste, i only drink to get drunk, if they sold any of it without the alcohol in for people to drink day to day, oi would just drink pop its well nicer

I love the new heineken (since they made it stronger) its really really tastey!
