only caught the second half but what a pile of shite we were . No passing no movement we were playing long balls and constantly giving the ball away!
Nistlerooy would have been caught offside if hughes had decided to do what the rest of the defence did and step up but no hed thought hed get a bettrer view if he stood back and scratched his left knacker... Plonker!
We were that bad in this game that roy keane looked as though he was 5 years younger . Yet we could still have nicked a draw in the end with young chopra rounding the keeper only to be denied by a block from ferdinand :( Gutted . But life goes on... just!

Just got in and it was shit.

We got beat off them last season 6-2. The defence was not up to it, so what does Robson do about it, fuck all that is what. Fair enough we had Woodgate out but we need more. We need at least another 2 better defenders and a new left winger because Robert is just not doing anything at all.

really enjoyed th game from a semi-neutral :p point of view. thought djemba djemba and keane looked very impressive together.

quite obvious newcastle still have a long way to go before they can be expect to be mentioned in the same breath as ManUre and ARSEnal.

p.s. we will beat arsenal 3-1 tomorrow, i have felt it in my blood. :)
