Nass Leave me alone man, i even had to hide at the back of me local bus I was on me way home after a meeting with the bank accountant, eventually went to the Gym as well - same again tonight seen as i probs wont be there till Mon with this weekends antics/diet :laugh:
that was a mint wave, you nearly jumped out your seat. i would have offered you a lift but you were going the other way and it was the town centre i've not been to the gym all week.. been going solid for a couple of months now and can tell the difference, its hard at first though - you've only just started going haven't you? might see if i can go tonight but.. its the weekend :doh: i usually go before work every weekday. if you shave your hair off you'll look scary enough without the muscle though.. why not save yourself some money? :laugh:
