Mick, Parmos have been doing the rounds for about 15-20 years in teesside......and nobodys caught on, theres a market for it....

parmo's are fucking fantastic, i've converted a few people to teesside cuisine there we're a couple of places in newcastle that did them but i cant remember where one is and the other changed its menu

paula can cook a perfect one tho

but it really doesnt sound like a kebab beater,,,,,

it thrashes the kebab bud, parmo's are awesome with chips, salad + garlic and chilli sauce and ya can get ones with onions or bolognase sauce cooked into them

kebabs are still the dogs bollox tho (literally)
