My mam works at Sage and loves it, says she's never worked for a company that looks after its employees so well, all the work parties she's been to have always been free bar so that might have something to do with it.

The new building is well cool, thing with Tech Support is its hard for the first few months (You havent got a clue on what people are asking you) but becomes the easiest job in the world after a while.

I happily browse the web, email mates, play games while doing the job at the same time :)

might go for a sage job myself, as im being made redundant at the end of the month (think staff party with free drinks vouchers, prizes and a surprise!)

ness used to be a team leader there if im not mistaken, could really fancy some of the customer service call centre stuff - im not into pressuring people for sales like.
