u just gotta drink a heck of a lot of that scrummy 19p irn bru (doesnt work 50p cans) then get a spinny office chair, set the heigth 2 low, and spin for ages with ya legs tucked in2 ya chest! cu who lasts the longest without vomiting or passing out! guaranteed fun!
