Re: Re: Re: Re: Involuntary Redundancy

Must be getting above myself then

    Contracts are an absolute nightmare

Basically im working 60+ hours weekly + Uni full time and the boss aint listening to anything myself or what my workforce is talking about its his way or no way and ive had enough

Rather than walking legally i just want a bit of advice RE:- what im entitled to it goes alot deeper than just handing my notice in and walking away

They fucked the opps manager over who left in Dec so im just wanting to make sure i cover myself and dont make the same misatakes as him

    Advice?

well if they want shut of you but they can't find a reason to sack you they can offer voluntary redundancy and you agree to go and they pay you redundancy pay. typically 1 weeks pay for every year you worked there.
If they don't want shut of you you just have to leave and then they owe you whatever it says in your contract. typically zero.

Not alot to be said that you wanna hear tbh!

You leave, they sack you, you try and do them for breaking the
European courts decision on working hours.

You could always 'steal' what you are owed :)

dont think a few thousand bricks, a bit of concrete, a few rosemary tiles and a few weeks worth of labour is any good to me

Yeah I would find nothing more satisfying than opening up my bait box to find a steaming turd in it

if u have a proper job theres part of your contract u have to sign which stipulates you agree to working over i think its about 45-47 hours.
