Impossible How can somebody manage to end up 30 miles from Edinburgh when they were only going from Longbenton to Kingston Park? Is anyone other than my mam and sister stupid enough to manage this? They didn't even realise they were heading the wrong way till the Edinburgh signposts appeared. IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lmao..i knew some one at work that used to go to back to glasgow to see family now and then,and used to stop off at birtley services on the way there.and he only lived in felling.
Re: Impossible Hmmmm i think they were tryin to get away from u - Longbenton maybe even seems like it would be some Journey anyways and im sure once i got to like Stannington on the A1 id realise that i was fooked
once we left crasher and ending up going south instead of north! luckily we realised after a couple of junctions!
Re: Impossible Dont wana be picky but signs for Edinburgh apear as soon as u leave Newcastle. And if they were bout 30 miles away they wud have been driving for at least an hour. If this is true then yes that is quite stoopid. If not just shout at me for being picky
Yes u are being picky! There women they dont notice things straight away! I didn't get my tea till 9.15pm cos they were still on there way home.
lol! women eh sayin that tho... i live bout half hour from sheffield, to the east of sheffield. i think. geography and me dont mix. anyway, me an some mates had been to crasher, heavy night, then crashed at mine... next evenin they asked which direction sheff was - cos then they could work out how to get back to manchester where they live. i said "oh its to the west" an off they went. drove round for fookin ages, bout 2hrs, had maccy's, then eventually found sheff. next time they was over, they saw the maccy's - 5mins walk down the road from me! they werent too impressed!
