How do you reply to feedback comments on ebay? I've seen it done before i'm sure.. (when both parties have already left a feedback)
There's an option to 'reply to feedback received' at the bottom of your feedback profile page. Is that what you mean?
Erm.. I left feedback and they replied to it. I want to add a reply to that.. Reply to feedback recieved looks like you can only reply to the feedback left in your own profile?
Yeah, I know what you mean. I wanted to do that once too but I dunno how. I've seen it done before too tho.
It pisses me off when people reply instanty to a neutral feeback left, asking you to get in touch so the problem can be resolved but they don't reply to your emails.
