I phoned my m8 at 1am last night and was told it was so muddy that they couldn't get back in from the camp site otherwise they'd probably lose their shoes/wellies. They were waiting for the rain to stop before deciding whether or not to just drive home. I got a little bit of satisfaction from hearing that as I ploughed through my front door pissed as a fart with a mars bar in one hand and my head in the other, about to eat my potatoes and tuna in bed.

just got in 10 mins ago, proper muddy as fuck like, but that didnt spoil the night it was fucking amazing, eddie, PVD, Armin, basement jaxx, ferry were all bang on

IMMENSE NIGHT! Really really quality, shame about the mud but it was expected. Best night I have ever had for music/sets everyone was bang on the atmosphere was electric.

Managed to see Eddie, Basement Jaxx, Armin, PvD, Ferry Corsten, Angello & Ingrosso, Above & Beyond, Second Sun & little snips of a few more.

Set of the night was without a shadow of a doubt Halliwell was unreal from the word go! Van Dyk was a close second after the music got turned of for 10 mins as 3 pikeys decided to start climbing the poles inside the tent resulting in 15,000 people throwing bottles/glowsticks & empty cans at them to get them down as requested by Van Dyk himself. Only time I have seen him when he seemed to be enjoying himself, never seen him crack a smile but he was bouncing all over all night.

Tune of the night had to be when Armin dropped a rmx of Champagne Supernova was quality.

Will upload the Pics & Videos I took last night as there is some quality stuff on my phone but need to get to bed now as I still anint been to kip yet after doing the whole night on a straighthead

Was some mint tunage played through out the night! Really glad I decided to go!

I'm not sure I've ever heard a whole set when I've been to global. I've either been too clipped to even realise what I was doing, or I've been on a mission legging it around all night, rarely staying in the same place for more than 20mins. I've always had enough fun to make me want to go back the next time though.

it was one hell of a laugh like, the weather was bang on during the day but pissed down on the night..so much so that me and raina went into one of the merchandise stands, put on some womens fur coats and walked straight back out !

just got back in about half an hour ago and after ignoring every 1 sayin buy some wellies i lost a trainer nd had 2 fork out 15 quid for some wellies haha, quality weekend tho,

any 1 kno what the crack was on the first day when they kept every 1 waiting an hour nd a half 2 get off the campsite and onto the event area?

Apparently there was a security breach I think someone climbed in over the fence. It happened just after I got in thank god I was sick of waiting in that que. I'm proper sunburned due to waiting in that atm que for an hour and a half and my face is sunburned in a proper wierd arc from the shadow of some tent

Thought the Friday was mint, wasn't that impressed with Faithless and left as soon as they had played insomnia and god is a dj. Sasha was immense I've never liked him that much until yesterday I would love to get that set or a tracklist because it was unbelievably good. Sven Vath sounded mint aswell from what I caught but then I had to take my brother back to the tents as he was fucked.

Saturday was mint Eddie Halliwell was decent but not as good as I expected possibly due to being on so early. Left when Judge Jules was on for reasons that should be obvious and went to play on the fruit machines. Came back for Markus Schulz who got me right back into it and Armin was mint. PVD was good but I couldnt really get back into it as much once those bellends had climbed up the poles. I lost my voice shouting at them (even though they would never have heard) I cant believe how good Ferry Corsten was I was knackered by this point but when he dropped sunlight and then breakfasts remix of waiting here for you straight after I had to dance Above and Beyond were good from what I can remember and Sander Van Doorn was shit I was waiting for him to play conrol freak and he didnt .

The train ride back was mint, this bloke sat next to me and my girlfriend and he's one of those street performers who can bend his arms and escape from a straight jacket by dislocating his arms he was showing us these card tricks which were mint but I couldnt keep focused on them and I pulled a card out and kept forgetting and staring at trees instead of looking at the cards and when I turned around he had a card hanging out of his mouth and I asked him what the fuck he was doing with a card in his mouth and he seemed annoyed that I didnt pay attention

Mint weekend all together though!
