    Fucking Bastards

Just got a pleasant letter from my bank when i came in.

They have charged me £30 for failing to pay a direct debit.

The Direct Debit is to O2 Mobile, for £508.

Thing is, i dont HAVE an O2 phone (bit of a stumbling block that).

im trying to sort this almighty fuck up out somehow, but cant seem to get through to O2 customer services (have to be an O2 customer, which im not) naturally im gonna go to the bank 2moro and ask for my £30 back, and tell them what has happened, and to not pay that direct debit at all, cos it aint fucking mine :spangled: ...

other than that, what should i do? i mean, this screams fraud at me, but im no expert at this...

    :( :(

They will not be able to help m8, they will ask you to ring the helpline:)
O2 customer services are hopeless but the shop are even worse!

do u have a direct debit setup for o2? (check wit bank)

check wit ya bank WHERE the purchase was made

check with em WHEN it was made

if it is a shop they can check CCTV etc

if it is internet - they SHOULD have ip logged of person makin transaction...the isp can then trace this to someone..

    gotta ask all these q's...

    gud luck m8

O2 is the most incompetent organisation I've ever known.

I think the job applications require a masters' degree in stupidity

Go Barclays  I have no problems with them, they send me a lovely little bar chart thingy now and then showing me how much I've spent and how much I've earned over the past few months.

Never really had any problems with them to be honest, and their online banking is top notch! :king:

But bad luck about the £30...and the fraud! Hope you do find out who it is, get them put behind bars for a few years :D

Could it not just be someone else with the same name? And...erm...wait no that wouldn't work out cos then they'd have their address. :dunce:

Wait...I'll figure out a rational reason for this....

    nope :(
