just been on the metro comin back from sunderland and at st.peters there was around 100 newcastle fans on the platform cos the police were holding them there while sunderland fans went in. as soon as the doors opened loads of newcastle fans startd smackin the mackems. there was loads of little kids on the metro n a canny few old ppl. i was worried enough cant imagine wot they felt like.
the police stood there gormlesly while it went on then suddenyl realised that people were nearly on the tracks tryin to get away.

In a way you can. Its football that makes these people act like this. Granted, some of them are gonna be tossers even without football, but you cant deny it spurs some emotions
