I saw them at V a few years ago and its even duller if your standing there.

Chems= Good in the Studio, bad on the stage.

   that was a month after I saw them at SS so I'd guess it was the same set, which I thought was amazing.... fair enough I was canny high when I saw em and started tripping on the visuals half way through (which was nice) but the Chems live is something to behold.....

but each to their own I guess

I wasnt exactly erm sober myself ;)

Seemed to be a long time between each tune where they were deconstructing it down to a minimal beat, seemed to me as jumping around for a few minutes then standing waiting for them to decide what to do next with just a quiet beat with nothing else to compliment it.

Was disappointed coz l'd been looking forward to them as well, went to see Lemon Jelly instead and was impressed :)

    Me too !!

Seen them live twice and DJ sets three times and every time I have seen them I've not stopped bouncing.

The first time I heard them was the first Homelands in Scotland and the bass line for Hey Boy Hey girl shook the whole festival !!

They are the best live dance act without doubt.

when the bass line kicks in on under the influence (the vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvrm noises), now that shakes houses let alone clubs or festivals!! :king: :cool2:
