    How the fuck can Fawlty Towers only be fifth! It was genius! Vicar of Dibley shouldn't have even been in the top ten, never mind third! Fools and Horses stopped being remotely funny a long time ago too! Its a shit poll. ;)

    Though I'd also vote for Father Ted....although not in the top 10, it would definately be in my top 3! Love it! :D

    I think it gets voted for by obese women, who view Dawn French as some sort of chocolate eating hero.

    Cant think of any other reason for it getting near a Top 10.

    Blackadder, pure genius.

    last scene in the superb 4th series was the darkest comedy and very tasteful done considering the content. The realisation of their impending doom in the trenches and their schemes to get out of the front was by far the most intelligent and topical comedy I can think of.

    absolutley. a very touching scence - blackadder turns honourable and shows a bit of courage when talking to baldrick and they've about to go over the top. Can't beat UKGold for the constant repeats recently!
