I went on fiday..... It was a bit dead in the club, not many people out for it, but it was the week before pay day, so i think quite few gave this week a miss. Pappa cancelled, so i think the other resident Tony Hutchinson warmed-up, it was ok, better than the last time i saw him. Then Mr Tulip came on along with Pav playing the bongos, and rescued my night, played a cracking set, not the best hes played but still up there. With Pav playing his percussion added another edge to it. Compared to the amount in the club most people stayed right to the end wich was good as there was still a good atmosphere on the dancefloor. There was a film crew there filming Richard and Pav, spoke to one of the blokes filming, and apparently its for a Tyne Tees programme about different parts of the body, and they were filming Pav's hands. I had a good night but it wasnt one of promises best.
I've never seen Pav's hands are they attractive... everytime I went to manumission I was to busy concertrating on the sex shows :rollseyes: Tulip and Pav sounds like a weird combination - but I'm a huge fan of bongo's and things that go boom - I wish I'd of seen it (was it recorded????)
It worked quite well actually, better than i thought Not sure if it was recorded, i hope so, wonder if they did record Matt Hardwick the week before.
sorry, we diddnt record it, pav and i really like playing together, i think it works well ! i listen to what he's doing, and we kind of bounce of each other. (cutting the tune out etc) it's similar to when i used to work with m.c.'s at raves years ago ! we are playing together the first week in january when i do that retro trance night !
