    I would have LOVED to have taken the eurostar to do my london/brussels trips .... but yeah, its a complete rip off - 150 to 200 quid.

    I got flights instead ..... 100 quid!

    What kind of world is this when its cheaper to get into a gas guzzling plane eh.

    I think we're one of the laziest countries in Europe by a long way - we may work "long hours" but we certainly aren't a hard working nation - don't we top the league for people taking sick days, etc.?

    Our sick days might out number other countries, but you wanna have a look at the holidays.

    In Luxembourg I get 35 days a year contractually, and about another 15 legal/religous days off. France gets even more I think.
