    Are the Tories back?

    Well are they?

Strange how they are saying it was the war that cost New Labour, but the Tories were in favor of the war as well.

    How did UKIP do:lol:

The BNP did poop in Sunderland:lol:

As much as i wouldnt waste my time voting (yeah i know) its good to see that Labours HAM FISTED POLICIES AND UTTER DISREGARD FOR THE NATION has backfired on them to the point where the tories are gaining ground.

Having said that, i dont want the tories being run by the screaming banshee that is michael howard.

Anyways, just goes to show that you can test the nations patience with iraq and fuel taxes to the point where people will start putting crosses against blue squares instead of red ones.

Labour loses control of Newcastle, Bassetlaw, Burnley, St Helens, Oxford, Ipswich, Swansea and Hastings but wins Stoke and tightens its grip on Barrow-in-Furness

Tories win Thurrock, Trafford, Tamworth, Swindon, Brentwood, Rossendale, Worthing, Eastbourne and Dudley but lose Shrewsbury

Lib Dems win Newcastle and Pendle and hold Liverpool but lose Cheltenham and Norwich

Greens hold councillor in Manchester and win seats in Watford, Oxford and Norwich

    UKIP win seat in Hull

BNP take three seats from Labour in Epping Forest, but fail to make ground in Burnley, gaining one seat but losing another
