Anyone know anyone looking to rent a lovely house?

Sorry, I know this should probably be in the market section, but I don't know how often people look in there and this is a bit urgent.

Basically I was letting my house, but the bastards have just pulled out less than a week before they were due to move in.

So, I have a beautiful three bedroom house to let, less than ten minutes walk from Digital! It has just been renovated, literally a few weeks before I moved out (brand new kitchen, timber double glazing, redecorated, stripped floor boards etc). Lovely designed 'city' front garden and back yard. Two doubles and one single, though the single is large enough to put a double bed in. Fully furnished.

The house is on York Street in the conservation area of Summerhill, just behind the junction of Westgate Road and Elswick Road. It was built in the 1830s, so has fantastic high ceilings and is on a cobbled street. I lived there for seven years and can't recommend the area highly enough (it's the sort of place that if your burglar alarm is going off, people are out on the street to see what is happening).

All for the bargain price of £695pcm.

If you know anyone who may be interested, please PM me.

    Thanks.

That would be great. It really is a beautiful house. I'll be out of the office tomorrow, but could get back to them on Thursday if they are interested.

It is seriously nice! There will be photos up online shortly, on Rightmove. Will let you have the link when it goes on (though the photos don't do it justice).

No, that's just the basic house and furniture. Just think how much you'll save on travel though - no more expensive taxis on nights out etc!
